Die Cutting

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

Client is packing a fairly large machine with different parts: a seed counter to supply small batches of seeds to farmers. When there’s a new seed developed, farmers will try these new varieties in a seed plot. The producers of the seed will use the seed counter to prepare small batches with the counter to send out samples.

WHAT WE DID

The packaging required is a combination of corrugated cardboard and foam. Both the foam and corrugated is die cut from large sheets of cardboard and planks of foam using our in-house hydraulic press and our roller press.

The parts are then organized for assembly and then we use hot-melt applicators to assemble the final configuration. Once assembled, the packaging is unitized and shipped to the customer.

WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU

Do you need to ship heavy, complex products safely with packaging that’s efficiently designed? We have decades of experience in designing and sourcing the best materials for the project at hand.
