Damage-Free Shipper

The customer needed a damage-free shipper for their new product launch. The shipper needed to be able to withstand a rigorous parcel package shipping environment.

WHAT WE DID

Custom Chipboard Partitions

We used a urethane foam pad for padding and bottom protection. We created a chipboard partition with air cells around the perimeter. The chipboard partition fit inside a standard shipper carton to hold the pack together.
