The Right Size
The customer wanted to eliminate the bulk packaging on inbound shipments and the need for repackaging in single pack units for outbound shipments. The packaging had to be 100% recyclable, made out of paper products, and survive package testing requirements. At the same time, the packaging had to work for both pallet and single pack shipments to the end user. Daily volume requirements were high and providing a vendor managed inventory program was essential.
WHAT WE DID
Custom Corrugated
We created a heavy-duty, one piece die cut box with internal location for an accessory pack. The box was flood coated and reverse printed for brand recognition.
Molded Pulp
Molded Pulp inserts allowed for a universal fit for several models.
