PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

Shipping Carton

The customer needed a shipping carton for various sizes of flexible metal tubing. The carton required removable trays to hold 5 parts per tray with multiple tray layers. The carton was required to hold 15 and 30 part orders total.

WHAT WE DID

Removable Corrugated Trays

We designed a die cut stitched tray with hand holes for easy removal. The trays were designed to layer on top of one another without requiring additional packaging. The arrangement of tube holders allowed for the various sizes of flexible metal tubing. The trays were designed to fit a 24 x 16 x 12 carton for shipping 15 part orders and a 24 x 16 x 24 carton for shipping 30 part orders.
